Refund policy

We accept returns on domestic sales within 30 days of purchase. International sales are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return at sales@dcdieseltx.com. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Once we have received your returned item, we will process the item and issue a refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products, international orders, and certain oversized products. Please message us if you have any questions regarding a non-returnable item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Local Pickups

Items purchased for local pickup must be picked up within 14 days of purchase or the sale will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
